On Premise Catering

The Restaurant is a multi-level 3 1/2 star restaurant and catering facility featuring innovative creations from our very talented Chef Michael Rene Santos. We delight our guests with natural market fresh ingredients and simple techniques creating a very appealing menu. We offer a private dining room with a private bar, staff and Chef that feature two terraces on either side.

The Elegant Private Dining Room can comfortably accommodate approximately 60 guests for a seated dinner or up to 140 utilizing the covered and heated terrace. The Chef's Room is off the main dining room and can easily accommodate 25 guests privately with a tasting menu designed by the Chef to enhance that special evening you have planned. We canalso host pool parties in our glass enclosed Spa featuring a jacuzzi, and sauna throughout the year. The Restaurant is the perfect place to host your Wedding, Bat or Bar Mitzvah, Anniversary, Corporate Event, Birthday Celebration or any Special Occasion.
